Prospective Supplier

In order to be considered as a prospective Contractor, Vendor or Supplier you must email the Maintenance Coordinator Jeff Costa at Jcosta@[email protected] with your contact information. Once we received the information, you will be added to our Prospective Supplier Database. Due to the volume of inquiries that we receive, you will not be contacted until a purchasing need matches what your company has to offer.

We look at local and regional businesses to supply needed goods and services such as:

Consultants (legal, architectural, financial)

Office-related services/equipment such as supplies, payroll, computers, copiers, and other equipment.

Building maintenance/landscaping (plumbing, supplies, painting, design/architecture)

Construction/property rehabilitation and other services (cleaning, security, travel, uniform supplies, storage, trash disposal, and more)
